Eight out of ten employees believe Fooda is one of their company’s top perks.Fooda is currently recruiting for a part time Event Coordinator in our Memphis market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience</li><li>Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures</li><li>Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication </li><li>Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer</li><li>Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality</li><li>Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve</li><li>On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM(Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM - 8PM (Evening Shift)</li></ul>Who You Are: <ul><li>You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service</li><li>You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people</li><li>You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up</li><li>You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions</li><li>You are a strong communicator and self-starter</li><li>You are organized and detail oriented.
