Responsibilities include direct and indirect staff leadership, execution of GPO and contracted product conversions, consignment and high-risk item oversight, backorder mitigation, workflow redesign, and development of departmental policies, procedures, systems, and performance metrics that support safe, efficient, and financially disciplined procedural operations. Under the leadership of the AVP, BILH Hospital Operations Supply Chain, this position is responsible for the daily procedural supply chain operations that support product availability, clinical readiness, inventory accuracy, point-of-use workflows, distribution, and high-reliability service to procedural teams.
