Signature and Strategic Event Management: Assists with the planning, coordination, and execution major university events, including but not limited to: Convocation and Commencement ceremonies; Cyber Week; USCA Downtown Takeover; Chancellor's Legislative Dinner; MLK Jr. This role serves as a central coordination hub for major institutional events, working across academic and administrative units, external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, professional execution, and strong brand alignment.
