This could be an exciting opportunity for you! As an Event Technology Coordinator at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll support our Meetings & Incentives team and Fortune 500 clients. You will play a key role in coordinating event registration and helping the team manage its important program data by building sophisticated templates and reports in Microsoft Excel.  Many of our clients use a mobile app during their events to help direct attendees, and you will lead each application's configuration and manage its content. When the event date rolls around, you'll get to travel on site to ensure the app runs flawlessly and provides a great experience for its users. What You'll Do<ul><li>Carry out overall administrative responsibilities for the program registration website process</li><li>Coordinate all program registration processes, including:<ul><li>Requirements gathering</li><li>Registration design and configuration</li><li>Data consolidation and scrubbing for uploads</li><li>Communicating daily with associates, program participants, clients and vendors as appropriate</li><li>Ensuring accurate reporting practices, documentation and filing</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate the program mobile app, including:<ul><li>Configuration</li><li>Content management and upload</li><li>Coordinating process steps with the app vendor and the client</li><li>Database management</li><li>On-site support</li></ul></li><li>Assist with data management and Excel report template building, data extraction and distribution</li><li>Assist with ancillary duties, such as eligibility tracking for our clients’ learning management system, and registration website URL configuration and activation</li></ul> Hybrid ScheduleThis is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus.
