No desk work. A proven system is provided, and paid training is included.<hr/>Compensation• $20/hour base pay • Performance bonuses for qualified appointments • Paid training<hr/>Schedule• 9–15 hours per week • Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday) • Occasional weekday events may be available<hr/>Responsibilities• Engage event attendees and start conversations with homeowners • Present bath and shower remodeling solutions • Set qualified in-home consultation appointments • Maintain a clean, professional booth setup • Represent the brand with confidence and energy<hr/>Qualifications• Reliable transportation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to follow a structured script and process<hr/>Preferred (Not Required)• Customer service, retail, or sales experience • Event marketing or brand ambassador experience<hr/>What This Role Offers• Flexible, part-time income • Performance-based bonuses • Fast-paced, social work environment • Opportunity to build sales and communication skills<hr/>ImportantThis is an active, public-facing role.
