Perform MRO inventories as needed and place corresponding orders.  </p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif"> </p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Additional duties include conducting accurate inventory of appropriate supplies, managing vendor relations, processing invoices, and supporting the Supply Chain Department as needed.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">This role is on-site at our Tyrone, PA location and reports to our Logistics Supervisor.</p></div></div><div style="border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Effective coordination with key stakeholders from all departments on site to ensure parts and materials are properly ordered </li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Order MRO parts using SAP/MRP and Ariba purchasing sessions. </li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Manage MRO inventory levels following site and corporate requirements.</li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Properly maintain stores SKU numbers, including creation, change and deletion as necessary.</li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Perform sourcing activities for new and existing parts/equipment. </li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Works with company approved PPE suppliers to maintain appropriate levels on-site and off-site as needed.  </li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Works with the safety department to source new or alternative safety equipment and PPE. </li><li style="text-align:justify;margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Inventory Misc. supplies as needed.
