Additionally, oversees resourcing and capability development for the preconstruction team; establishes operating rhythms, metrics, and dashboards to drive performance and continuous improvement; provides resources to perform execution planning on projects when/if Operational resources are unavailable and ensures a disciplined handoff from Estimating and to Operations at the appropriate times. The Director of Preconstruction is expected to escalate material commercial, contractual, and execution risks, and provides decisive leadership to resolve cross-functional issues impacting profit, schedule, and customer commitments.
