This position is with an Ameriprise Financial Franchise owner. Job Description Step into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced-and friendly-financial planning office. Work as an employee of an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. Assist in daily business operations. The Executive Assistant will assist financial advisor(s) in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. This role provides high level client relationship support, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed. The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community.  We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars.  Located in Mankato, MN near US 14 and 169's crossroads, our community has a bus that residents can ride for our outings. This Culinary Assistant/Server position is responsible for dining room and to-go meal service to senior age residents.  The schedule includes;<ul><li>24 hours every two weeks ; Part Time</li><li>4pm-7pm shifts, early evenings</li><li>Every other weekend and holiday rotation</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting:</li><li>Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.</li><li>Offers resident meal choices and meets residents’ specific dietary needs.</li><li>Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.</li><li>Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.</li><li>Follow proper procedures for dining room set-up.</li><li>Follows proper workflow to stay on task.</li><li>Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service.</li><li>Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift.</li><li>Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction:</li><li>Welcomes residents and initiates conversation.</li><li>Accommodates resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc.</li><li>Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Assists in the overall fundraising and impact for the organization. Works to help secure, manage, and enter into the donor tracking system all sources of revenue, including corporate and individual gifts, employee campaigns, and grants. Pledges Received Entry<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Manages the pledges received process and campaign envelopes.</li><li>Make the daily deposits related to fundraising campaigns, grants, etc.</li><li>May assist with grant application as needed and requested. </li></ul>3. Support of Resource & Donor Development Director in Annual Campaign<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Contributes to all resource and donor development needs, including mailings, meetings, pledge entry, grant applications, etc.</li><li>Prepare clear, concise objectives and materials for each donor visit or rally.</li><li>Research companies and leadership for knowledge of history and culture.</li><li>Works closely with all staff, interns, board members, and volunteers to welcome prospective key executives and create peer-to-peer engagement opportunities.</li><li>Leads the “Engaged Leaders United” segment and committee meetings.</li><li>Assist with initiatives to grow and engage the “Grow United,” “Always United,” and “Youth United” segments, as needed. </li></ul>4.
