Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with regulatory agreements, affordability restrictions, and funding requirements; reviewing operating budgets, financial statements, insurance, tenant eligibility files, and property condition reports; preparing required federal, state, and programmatic reports; and collaborating with property managers, service providers, public agencies, and development partners to ensure the long-term financial, physical, and operational success of County-owned and County-assisted housing assets. Include your experience writing grant proposal and contracts, creating fiscal reports, assessing project and/or developer risks, conducting onsite monitoring, participating in funding agency audits/monitoring, selecting projects/developers through a competitive procurement process (i.e. NOFA or RFP/RFQ processes), and creatively applying for or attracting new funding.
