This role oversees all aspects of project delivery—including deal setup, negotiation, contracting, scope development, subcontracting, budget management, resource allocation/planning, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction—while directly managing Project Managers and ensuring alignment across sales, field operations, engineering, supply chain, panel production and subcontractor partners. The Project Executive is the senior leader responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Divcon Controls’ most complex building automation and mission‑critical data center projects from Start (Engaging with Sales to Setup the Deal for Success) to finish (Closeout and Customer Relationships into Service and beyond).
