Position Function: Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director of Student Affairs Planning & Assessment manages the day-to-day operations of the office of Planning & Assessment, including the development and oversight of all major programs related to the Divisions strategic plan goals and objectives. Works with student affairs teams, committees, and leadership in the coordination, facilitation, and management of special events in support of student affairs including professional development programming and training, new employee onboarding, and student success initiatives.
