The Victoria Television Group is looking for Account Executives to manage and grow the transactional business as well as focusing on prospecting and closing new business in the Victoria Texas television market. Understand and interpret business objectives, client needs, and advertising strategies in order to help them achieve their goals through effective use of our multi-station portfolio and digital products.

The Victoria Television Group is looking for Account Executives to manage and grow the transactional business as well as focusing on prospecting and closing new business in the Victoria Texas television market.  We are looking for a self-starter with proficiency in cold calling and creating and delivering presentations.Duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with agencies to achieve monthly goals</li><li>Close new and incremental business</li><li>Understand and interpret business objectives, client needs, and advertising strategies in order to help them achieve their goals through effective use of our multi-station portfolio and digital products.</li><li>Prepare, schedule and deliver sales presentations</li></ul>Qualifications/Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to work near the Gulf Coast in the Victoria Texas DMA</li><li>Proficient in the operation of a computer keyboard</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li><li>Good driving record</li><li>Television sales experience is preferred but not required.  We will train an excellent candidate.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing is preferred but not required</li></ul>Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Excellent negotiation and customer service skills</li><li>Team player, who is flexible to changing needs of day to day business</li><li>Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment</li></ul>The Victoria Television Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Become a part of our caring community As a Home Health Sales Executive, you will: Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales. Use your skills to make an impact Required/Preferred Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required. Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred. Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred Microsoft Office proficiency required. Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $58,700 - $78,500 per year This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
