For locations in the Virginia counties of Arlington, Alexandria City, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas City, Stafford, Fauquier, Clarke, Culpepper, and Spotsylvania, the wage range for this position is $147,000.00 to $189,000.00 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary), based on full time schedule and based on experience and office location. Using commonly accepted practices, tools and techniques, the Optometrist (OD) evaluates patient's vision and health care needs, documents findings in patient records and consults with patients regarding the current status and future requirements associated with their individualized vision care needs.
