JOB SPECIFICS<ul><li class="x_MsoNormal">Physician leader to collaborate in a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.</li><li class="x_MsoNormal">Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management of ambulatory clinicians.</li><li class="x_MsoNormal">Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.</li><li class="x_MsoNormal">This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations. Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.</li><li>Experience: 5 years’ experience as a postgraduate licensed physician 3 years' experience in clinical leadership </li><li>Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.</li><li>Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
