Manage a book of business, increase account retention, and resolve complex customer service problems. Actively seek to grow IOA business by identifying and acting on sales opportunities, and serve as a resource to the account team and Producers.   Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Team Leadership: Direct daily activities and workflow of the account team. </li></ul><ul><li>Technical Competence: Maintain high technical competence and industry expertise. </li></ul><ul><li>Discretion and Judgment: Ensure beneficial outcomes using discretion and judgment. </li></ul><ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, conduct meetings, and close business. </li></ul><ul><li>Communication: Act as a communication conduit between Producers and the account team. </li></ul><ul><li>Customer Service and Account Management: Manage account activities, policy administration, billing, claims, and more. </li></ul><ul><li>Policy Management: Manage policy expirations and renewals. </li></ul><ul><li>New Business and Renewal Process: Conduct research, gather information, prepare submissions, and bind coverage. </li></ul><ul><li>Accounts Receivable: Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances. </li></ul><ul><li>System Maintenance: Maintain data accuracy in agency management systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Activity Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Service Excellence: Deliver excellent service, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to requests. </li></ul><ul><li>Policy Compliance: Stay updated on company policies and procedures. </li></ul><ul><li>Continuous Improvement: Seek and adopt best practices to improve individual and team performance. </li></ul><ul><li>Champion IOA Values: Demonstrate integrity and leadership. </li></ul>  Ideal Candidate Qualifications: <ul><li>5+ years of industry experience, or 7 years of sales, marketing, or relationship management experience </li></ul><ul><li>Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs </li></ul><ul><li>Experience to service and support large, complex accounts </li></ul><ul><li>Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) </li></ul><ul><li>High School Diploma (or equivalent) </li></ul>  What We Offer: <ul><li>Competitive salaries and bonus potential </li></ul><ul><li>Company-paid health insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Paid holidays, vacations, and sick time </li></ul><ul><li>401K with employer match </li></ul><ul><li>Professional growth and career progression opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Respectful culture and work/family life balance </li></ul><ul><li>Community service commitment </li></ul><ul><li>Supportive teammates and a rewarding work environment </li></ul>  What to Expect (Application Process): <ul><li>30-Minute Phone Screen, Online Assessments, and Interview(s) </li></ul>Salary RangeThe expected pay range for this position is 110-130K annually, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.Insurance Office of America is an equal opportunity employer.
