The Director provides oversight of billing, accounts receivable follow-up, cash posting, refunds, vendor relationships, and revenue cycle technologies while partnering closely with Coding, Operations, Hospital Revenue Cycle, Finance, Information Systems, and physician practice leadership. Minimum Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including responsibility for accounts receivable management, operational performance, financial outcomes, strategic initiatives, and team leadership.
