This position carries a significant portfolio of high-wealth donor prospects and works continually to integrate hospital leadership, physicians, and volunteers into a carefully planned program of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, while ensuring sound prospect management by participating in regular, ongoing, gift-management meetings. + Effective and motivating interpersonal skills, including relationship building and communication, in-person, over the phone, and via email with diverse groups of people (e.g., volunteers, civic and business leaders, board members, patients and their families, hospital staff).
