Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include alternate/second shifts, extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year. Key Responsibilities: Leads the daily operations of the aircraft team to include leading, managing, motivating, developing, and engaging a team of managers, aircraft mechanics, and technicians in a dynamic environment.
