Performs minor maintenance repairs and installations using hand and power tools, including, but not limited to, plumbing maintenance such as faucet/toilet parts replacement and trap removal and electrical maintenance such as light bulb replacement. Maintains areas of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner, performing minor interior repairs including, but not limited to, ceiling tile replacements, repair of wall penetrations, and other tasks of similar scope.
