Lead by example in safe behaviours in all aspects of the work, including championing those programs that support excellence in safety performance (including but not limited to Critical Control Field Verification, Job Hazard Assessments, Hazard and Incident Reporting, Stop and Think, and Our Safe Behaviours). Works in close collaboration with Environmental and EA&SP teams to ensure appropriate consultation, permitting, access agreements, and environmental management conditions are met ahead of execution of exploration programs.
