QUALIFICATIONS: • Requires aluminum MIG &/or TIG welding experience • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification or technical training preferred • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing environment, preferably in boat manufacturing • Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Must have the ability to perform all physical requirements required of the position, including but not limited to ability to stand, walk, push, pull, full range of motion, bend, kneel, climb, squat for 8+ hours and lift upward of 50 lbs.
