Job Full Description STAINLESS STEEL WELDER / FABRICATOR (Direct Hire) Role Overview The Stainless Steel Welder/Fabricator is responsible for full-cycle fabrication of custom and production parts using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while accurately following blueprints, sketches, work instructions, or physical samples. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.</li><li>Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and equipment.</li><li>Inspect and assess completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.</li><li>Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.</li><li>Assist in the training of new team members as needed.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.</li><li>Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).</li><li>Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.</li></ul>You should be proficient in:<ul><li>Blueprint Reading</li></ul>Salary info:$18 - $22 / hr
