Essential functions of this position include but not limited to driving, standing, walking, reaching, crouching, bending, and stooping to perform maintenance work; lifting and carrying up to sixty (60) pounds when loading and unloading trucks; team lifting up to 100 pounds, working with and around other employees and co-workers; working with frequent interruptions, repetitive motion of hand, wrists, elbow, and shoulders to perform duties, hearing and speech for communication with employees and co-workers; ability to safely use ladders up to 13 feet in height. Our current responsibilities include the management and operation of all County-owned buildings and properties; lease management; planning, construction, and renovation of facilities; capital renewal; utility management; custodial service; landscape maintenance and snow removal.
