Responsibilities:
<p style="margin-bottom:0in">Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist.  </p><p style="margin-bottom:0in"> </p><p style="margin-bottom:0in">Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Identify, develop, and execute preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems (plumbing, HVAC, roofs, fire protection, etc.).</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Supervise on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Assist in developing and managing occupancy and project budgets.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Develop long-range plans for facilities maintenance, write RFPs, analyze quotes, and assist in negotiating contracts.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Coordinate central maintenance activities that may impact production.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Plan and assign preventative maintenance using a computerized management system.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Manage and optimize the inventory of critical spare parts.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Supervise the documentation and record-keeping of all equipment.</li></ul><p style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">                                                                                                                                                                                       </p><p style="margin-bottom:0in">Required Skills:                                                                                                                                                           </p><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Excellent organizational skills.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Excellent spoken and written communication skills.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Customer and client management skills.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Attention to detail.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Ability to work as part of an integrated planning team.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to shifting priorities.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Strong knowledge of technical trade manuals and blueprint reading.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Familiarity with tools and equipment for various plumbing maintenance functions.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.75in">Familiarity with the Uniform Plumbing Code and AWWA requirements.</li></ul>

Target Salary Range:
The rate / range per hour below represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
