Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Leads, trains, and supervises branch staff. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for increasing deposit account openings, small business loan and consumer loan referrals. Appraise performance and provide recommendations for staff compensation, promotion, and termination, as appropriate</li><li>Ensures customers’ requests and questions are promptly resolved. Handles customers’ complaints. Ensures customers are informed of Company services and policies. Provides counsel customers regarding their financial needs and services requested</li><li>Troubleshoots and resolves internal and external inquiries</li><li>Ensures all branch transactions are balanced at the close of each day. Oversees individual accountability for the handling of cash and assists in resolving balancing problems</li><li>Completes orientation of new employees in overall branch procedures. Ensures branch personnel are well trained in all phases of their respective jobs. Actively participates in cross-training personnel and assures staff is kept abreast of all products and services</li><li>Primary Security Officer for the branch. Conducts required security meetings with staff to ensure compliance. Opens and closes the building in accordance with set hours and tests security equipment quarterly</li><li>Is responsible for maintaining office building, grounds, equipment and fixtures of the branch</li><li>Ensures assigned month-end management reports which apprise executive management of the status of branch activities are completed in a timely fashion</li><li>May originate consumer loans; maintain up to date training and adhere to loan compliance standards</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.</li><li>Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control</li><li>May be required to work at other Foothills Bank branches due to staffing shortages</li><li>Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities</li><li>Attend and participate in meetings as required</li><li>Keep work area tidy</li></ul>

About You:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. Provide a full range of maintenance and repair services for both the Havasu Landing Campground and Vacation Rental properties. The General Maintenance/Landscaping Worker conducts general maintenance, repairs, and landscaping to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. The General Maintenance/Landscaping Worker provides excellent customer service to prospective and current guests at all times, and may assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of guests. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain campground landscape and related tasks including planting, irrigation, trimming, pruning, cultivating, fertilizing, painting and general maintenance throughout campground areas.  </li><li>Perform daily janitorial services that include, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, laundry room, campground offices, supply rooms, as well as cleaning campsites and beaches.  </li><li>Manage all campground trash services along with the upkeep of all campground facilities which includes cleaning, painting and minor repairs to Resort Owned Vacation Rentals.   </li><li>May be required to operate heavy equipment including a backhoe and landscape related vehicles. </li><li>Make minor electrical and plumbing repairs in campground or any of the Resort’s vacation rentals when needed. </li><li>Perform pull and place of trailers, RV’s and launching of watercraft when needed.  </li><li>Willing to work any shifts as needed to ensure the operation of the Campground this includes evenings, weekends, and Holidays.</li><li>Available for emergency on-call work at any time.  </li><li>May give work direction to any seasonal staff assigned </li><li>Prioritize projects and work with little supervision.</li><li>Must be able to perform any and all other duties as assigned by management.    </li></ul>Qualifications:                          <ul><li>Must have a valid driver’s license.  </li><li>Good written and verbal communications skills.  </li><li>Ability to operate heavy equipment/tractor and other vehicles safely.  </li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication and customer relations skills required.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Two years of experience in general maintenance with an emphasis on landscaping.  </li><li>Electrical and plumbing background preferred.  </li><li>Prior experience operating heavy equipment/ tractor and vehicles is preferred. </li><li>Basic knowledge of safety (OSHA) regulations preferred.</li></ul>Physical:<ul><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and grasping. </li><li>Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is required</li><li>Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. </li><li>Ability to withstand dust, pollens and gas fumes on a regular basis.</li><li>Must have the ability to work outside in extreme heat and/or cold temperatures for a full 8 hour day.</li></ul>
