Responsibilities: Manage assigned healthcare construction projects from planning through close-out under general direction, including design coordination, construction, execution and occupancy Coordinate with clinical users, operational leaders, architects, engineers, and contractors to support development of project scope, space requirements, and phasing plans. Through contacts with users, architects, engineers, and code officials, the employee will be involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out/evaluation, and budget reporting.
