Operating in a 24/7/365, fast-paced environment, the Team Lead collaborates with donor families, hospitals, hospices, medical examiners/coroners, funeral homes, tissue processing partners, Donor Operations Management, recovery staff, organ clinical staff, logistics staff, and other key individuals and groups to facilitate donation with efficiency, accuracy, and compassion. By leading through example, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in mutual respect and continuous improvement, the Team Lead helps shape a high-performing and cohesive environment where every opportunity for donation is maximized.
