You’ll be at the center of a complex, multi-workstream effort, working alongside Engineering, QA, and CSV teams to ensure seamless execution in a live production environment. If you thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments and enjoy coordinating complex automation initiatives; this is your opportunity to make a real impact.What You’ll Be Driving<ul><li>Lead and coordinate parallel FactoryTalk View SE Distributed system upgrades across multiple workstreams </li><li>Own and manage project schedules and milestones using Microsoft Project </li><li>Drive execution visibility and accountability through agile-style tracking (JIRA preferred) </li><li>Partner with QA and CSV teams to track validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/CSV) </li><li>Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and protect timelines in a live GMP environment </li><li>Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, automation, and external vendors </li><li>Deliver clear, concise weekly updates to leadership and stakeholders </li><li>Capture and share lessons learned across system environments to improve overall execution </li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Proven project management experience within a GMP pharmaceutical or biotech environment </li><li>Experience supporting validated system upgrades in live manufacturing operations </li><li>Strong understanding of distributed control systems </li><li><ul><li>FactoryTalk View SE Distributed experience strongly preferred </li><li>Experience with DeltaV or similar DCS also considered </li></ul></li><li>Familiarity with CSV and validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ) </li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities </li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Hands-on exposure to FactoryTalk View SE Distributed environments </li><li>Experience working with virtualized environments (vSphere) </li><li>Familiarity with JIRA, Agile, or Kanban tracking methodologies </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed teams </li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>3–7 years of experience in automation, infrastructure, or technical project management </li><li>Comfortable operating in highly regulated, high-complexity GMP environments </li><li>A strong communicator who can bring clarity to busy, cross-functional teams </li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and risk-aware with a solutions mindset </li><li>This role is focused on driving execution of a critical FactoryTalk modernization program.</li></ul><ul><li>A GMP-focused technical project management role</li><li>A coordination-heavy, cross-functional leadership position</li><li>A key contributor to automation system reliability and compliance</li></ul>Why This Role Stands Out<ul><li>Direct impact on mission-critical GMP production systems </li><li>Exposure to enterprise-level FactoryTalk modernization initiatives </li><li>Opportunity to work with top-tier biotech manufacturing teams </li><li>High visibility with leadership on a complex, multi-million-dollar program </li></ul>Apply NowIf you’re ready to step into a high-impact role at the intersection of automation, compliance, and project leadership, we want to hear from you.
