Supervises the day-to-day activities of all different inspections and projects. Implements and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process. Qualifications: <ul><li>Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. </li><li>Must know how to measure and inspect high end garments. </li><li>Responsible for implementing and monitoring the inspection/measurement team. </li><li>Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skills. </li><li>Prepare reports and presentations. </li><li>Review PP/TOP samples to compare to bulk production garments. </li><li>Communicate with the team about any production rejections, viable solutions, and due dates. </li><li>Communicate and train the inspection team on how to inspect and how to do 100% inspections. </li><li>Manage time to ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office – MS Word, Outlook and Excel. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database and digital platforms. </li><li>Interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. </li><li>Review garments and make accept/reject decisions. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile or fashion design. </li><li>Experience in textile factories or weaving companies. </li><li>Strong knowledge or garment production processes and quality standards. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish. </li><li>Efficiently manage time and resources to meet production deadlines. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint</li></ul>
