DEFINITIONUnder the general supervision of the Director of Federal Grants, the incumbent will work in a confidential and policy making capacity to analyze all Virgin Islands. The Federal Grants Financial Analyst ensures that the Federal funds are drawn down from the Federal Treasury and return to the Virgin Islands Government.
