This is a technical operations role first (DevOps/SRE/platform delivery mindset), paired with strong program execution to drive deployments, release readiness, and compliance and authorization support (FedRAMP/RMF and related frameworks), as well as sustainment processes required to operate in controlled and classified infrastructures.
