Represents PPL at regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholder meetings on policy matters and fosters and maintains positive, productive, and collaborative relationships with regulators and external policy partners; prepares comments for rulemaking and other proceedings, presentations, and other materials for external audiences to influence policy outcomes. Qualifications: Law degree plus a minimum of three years of experience in administrative or regulatory law or related area, or bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, journalism, or related field plus a minimum of seven years of experience in energy policy; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
