Technical Skills: • Calibrate and simulate current, voltage, pressure, and temperature (RTDs and thermocouples) • Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, and control documentation • Perform control valve calibration and basic electrical troubleshooting • Apply lockout/tagout procedures safely and effectively • Use DCS trending and diagnostics to support advanced troubleshooting • Configure and communicate with PLCs, protection relays, and turbine control systems • Support gas and steam turbine start-up routines and inspections • Calibrate turbine systems including gas valves, EHC systems, thrust, and VIGVs • Coordinate and lead major inspection activities, including C-inspections. This role supports a diverse and technically complex facility, including: • Steam and gas turbines, HRSGs, duct burners, package boilers • Gas metering and regulation systems • Steam metering stations and auxiliary equipment • Black start diesel generator systems.
