The Director of Finance will prepare and present monthly financial statements, including variance reports, as well as prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with timely resolution of reconciling items. This individual will be vital in developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, managing financial reporting, and leading the seven-member finance team.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Finance will assist in overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and ensure the company's financial health. This individual will be vital in developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, managing financial reporting, and leading the seven-member finance team.  The Director of Finance will develop and implement financial policies and procedures. prepare and present financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.  The Director of Finance will prepare and present monthly financial statements, including variance reports, as well as prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with timely resolution of reconciling items.  The Director will help to lead the budgeting and forecasting process including overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulations.  In addition, the Director of Finance will manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.   Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00, plus annual incentive compensation bonus plan.

Qualifications:
Preferred and Required Skills and Experience<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (master’s degree or CPA preferred)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Proven experience in a senior financial management role</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Hospitality background, experience with complex and multi-property setup</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Strong understanding of financial data analysis and forecasting</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Solution-oriented leader with previous supervisory experience required</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Ability to make strategic financial decisions</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Minimum two years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Minimum of two years in property management accounting and Owner billing</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Experience with accounting systems -MS Office, ProfitSword, Track PMS, Oracle, Breezeway and Floqast</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Experience in income audit, AP, and general accounting transactions</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheet applications</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Possess knowledge of general payroll functions</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Must be able to perform general job duties while multi-tasking</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Ability to work and communicate well with co-workers, vendors, guests, and owners</li></ul>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Free room nights to stay at our gorgeous properties</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Friends and Family receive discounted rates</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Time to travel with a generous PTO benefit, earning 24 days in your first year.
