What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead accounting, financial reporting, and controllership functions primarily for our hotel portfolio, with support across the full enterprise Manage month-end close, general ledger, financial statements, and insightful variance analysis Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control Maximize the use of ProfitSword (our hotel BI platform) for real-time dashboards, automated reporting, sales pacing, and data-driven decision making Oversee cash management, capital projects, compliance, audits, and banking relationships Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team while identifying process improvements and technology enhancements Deliver strategic financial insights to support performance and growth across hotels, clubs, medical supply, and grocery operations Why Join Us?
