This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, supporting financial reporting and spend plan analysis, and assisting with fiscal year closeout and budget planning activities. The position works closely with budget teams, financial stakeholders, and cost recovery partners to analyze financial data, develop cost models, and provide reporting solutions that support mission and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions </li><li>Lead demonstrations and presentations of Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools </li><li>Support budget execution activities by mapping TSR transactions to spend plan lines </li><li>Create and maintain spend plan Excel documents and import relevant financial data </li><li>Support fiscal year closeout activities, including preparation and coordination of final funding documents </li><li>Finalize fiscal year financial builds and reporting products </li><li>Analyze financial data, expenditures, and program costs to support decision-making </li><li>Develop and maintain financial and cost models </li><li>Coordinate with budget teams and cost recovery partners to support financial planning efforts </li><li>Examine and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li>Collaborate with Government stakeholders and internal teams to support reporting and financial management objectives </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred </li><li>Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data visualizations </li><li>Strong experience with financial reporting, budget execution, and spend plan analysis </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required </li><li>Experience analyzing financial data and developing cost models </li><li>Ability to present financial and reporting data to stakeholders and leadership </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills </li><li>Experience supporting fiscal year closeout and funding activities preferred </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>

Salary Range:
USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This role will be supporting the F-35 program and would require two (2) days per week at the F-35 program office This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance In this role, you will: + Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and development of time-phased budgets/EACs and schedules. + Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing, to include invoice backup when required. + Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve issues in a timely manner. + Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies to ensure that the project´s cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally. + Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations, including participating in and supporting meetings and program reviews. + Administer formal aspects of program control in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations. + Complete finance inputs for project set up and revenue recognition in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements. + Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues. + Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as required.
