It's our people who fuel our creativity and make our culture feel like home.Join our team as a Model Finisher!The Model Finisher is primarily responsible for the safe cleaning and finishing of additive manufactured parts in accordance with Protolabs procedures and customer specifications, identifying non-conformances in parts.Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pmWhat you will do<ul><li>Perform finishing processes for additive manufactured parts in accordance with Protolabs procedures and customer specifications, which may include: hand finishing, part cleaning and counting, measuring, sanding, grit blasting, polishing, and build breakouts.</li><li>Use of tools, such as: calipers, sandpaper, tweezers, clippers, air guns, dremels, drills, soldering rods, and other appropriate tools.</li><li>Use of computer workstation to review order and part information, and to enter related information regarding the order.</li><li>Follow and complete all applicable checklists.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area and individual workspace and assist in general cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.</li><li>Clean and assist in maintaining any machinery/tools.</li><li>Assist in the removal and disposal of contaminated materials.</li><li>Work in a self-guided manner within assigned area.
