Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Bodywork & Composite Finishers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Bodywork & Composite Finishers and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!  Job Scope:        <ul><li>Apply body fillers and Bondo to composite surfaces </li><li>Sand and prep fiberglass components for finishing </li><li>Perform repairs and cosmetic corrections </li><li>Work with FRP and fiberglass materials </li><li>Support casting and fabrication operations </li><li>Ensure finished products meet quality standards </li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Previous experience in bodywork, fiberglass repair, or composite finishing</li><li>Knowledge of sanding and surface prep techniques</li><li>OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates</li><li>All PPE</li></ul>

The Form Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing and dismantling concrete formwork for water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, pump stations, and related infrastructure projects. This position requires the ability to read construction drawings, work safely in active construction environments, and produce quality concrete structures that meet project specifications.

The Form Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing and dismantling concrete formwork for water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, pump stations, and related infrastructure projects. This position requires the ability to read construction drawings, work safely in active construction environments, and produce quality concrete structures that meet project specifications. <ul><li>Build, install, brace, and strip concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, tanks, vaults, and structures.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.</li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plywood, and metal forming systems.</li><li>Install embeds, anchor bolts, waterstops, and other components required for concrete placement.</li><li>Assist with concrete pours and finishing activities as needed.</li><li>Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Work collaboratively with laborers, equipment operators, ironworkers, and concrete crews.</li><li>Perform general carpentry and construction tasks as assigned.</li><li>Concrete finisher is a plus</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of form carpentry experience, preferably in heavy civil, water, or wastewater construction.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.</li><li>Knowledge of concrete forming systems and construction methods.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in the Florida summer heat.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites as required.</li></ul>Why Join L7 Construction, Inc.?At L7 Construction, we value our employees and invest in their success.
