At least 5 years experience working in concrete, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Understanding specifications or tolerances on concrete projects (edge slump, vertical face, pavement thickness, profile requirements, etc.) Ability to read and understand documents, write routine reports, and basic emails/correspondence Basic math skills, such as adding; subtracting; multiplying; and dividing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Team player mentality and the desire to be a part of a successful, hard-working team.
