Our operation runs <strong>year-round</strong>. While some phases slow, others ramp up. For example, during the week of <strong>January 12, 2026</strong>, we had:<br/><br/></div><ul><li>50+ full-time field employees working across multiple trades</li><li>Crews in site work, plumbing, gunite/shotcrete, concrete, tile, service, and trucking</li><li>6 full-time mechanics</li><li>40+ office staff<br/> …and we could have kept more people busy.<br/><br/></li></ul><div>If you enjoy construction and want stability, growth, and top-tier pay, <strong>SSG Pools is a great place to build a career</strong>.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Open Positions Include:</strong></div><ul><li>Heavy Equipment Operators (excavators & loaders).</li><li>Rebar Installers / Steel Tiers.</li><li>PVC Plumbers (2”–14” Schedule 40 & 80, from pipe runs to complex mechanical rooms).</li><li>Commercial Pool Builders.</li><li>Masonry, Coping & Tile Setters.</li><li>Shotcrete / Gunite Crew Members, Finishers & Nozzlemen.</li><li>.Class A & Class B Truck Drivers<ul><li>Drive full-time <strong>or</strong> split time between driving and hands-on work (50/50 truck carpenter/concrete roles).</li></ul></li><li>Demolition Crew Members.</li><li>Hardscape & Flatwork Installers.</li><li>Plasterers.</li><li>Technical Positions (training provided):<ul><li>VFD programming.</li><li>Automatic pool cover installation.</li><li>Pool automation systems.<br/><br/></li></ul></li></ul><div><strong>Experienced Tradespeople Encouraged to Apply:</strong></div><div>Are you currently working in <strong>HVAC or plumbing</strong> and looking for a change?
