Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year A bit about us: Since 1946, our company has successfully completed over 4,000 projects and counting across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Montana. Why join us? <ul><li> 100-145k Base Salary</li><li> Per Diem Allowance (up to $2k/month)</li><li> Annual Bonus (~10% range)</li><li> Company-provided Vehicle & Gas Card</li><li> 3 Weeks PTO</li><li> 100% Company-paid Health Benefits for Employees</li><li> 401k (w/ ~3.5% company contribution)</li></ul> Job Details Responsibilities: <ul><li> Develop and maintain the full project schedule, updating look‑ahead and recovery plans.</li><li> Direct day‑to‑day field activities: manpower, equipment, material deliveries, and site logistics.</li><li> Monitor subcontractor progress, verify compliance with drawings/specifications, and drive quality control.</li><li> Lead daily safety huddles, enforce company and OSHA safety requirements, and conduct jobsite inspections.</li><li> Manage project documentation: RFIs, field reports, photos, and daily logs using Microsoft Office and Procore/PlanGrid.</li><li> Coordinate with agencies and inspectors for testing, special inspections, and required reporting.</li><li> Mentor project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendents; foster a collaborative, high‑performance team.</li><li> Track quantities, productivity, and cost codes; forecast labor and equipment needs.</li><li> Resolve site challenges quickly (weather impacts, unforeseen conditions, emergencies) to keep the schedule intact.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)</li><li> 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor</li><li> A minimum of 3 years of experience as the lead/primary Superintendent supervising project teams</li><li> Extensive experience with large-scale commercial projects (ground-up and structural project experience in the $25+ MIL range strongly preferred)</li><li> Expert in reading plans, specs, and subcontracts; strong knowledge of means and methods.</li><li> Strong computer skills and advanced scheduling skills with the ability to build, update, and recover schedules in Primavera P6 (or related scheduling software)</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
