PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects, including the following: Layout, interior framing, cold form metal framing, gypsum board installation, rebar installation, door, frame, & hardware installation, acoustical ceiling installation, millwork installation, and other assigned duties. The Carpenter/Concrete Finisher I performs skilled carpentry work involved in construction, maintenance, and repair; performs related and other work as required to maintain facilities in a safe and efficient condition.
