Job Description: We are looking for a hard-working Concrete Finisher who can effectively subgrade, stone, and form after reviewing project plans and location for concrete to be poured for several concrete projects which include but are not limited to, curb work, flat work, sidewalks, ADA ramps and paving. *	Review project plans and location of the concrete pour *	Install rebar or concrete forms as needed *	Use vibrating screeds and hand finishing to smooth freshly poured concrete *	Maintain equipment and make repairs when necessary Requirements: *	Five years of construction experience working with concrete *	Experience with rebar and hand finishing *	DelDot certified *	Valid Driver"s License

Prepare, tape, and finish drywall — including patching, sanding, mudding, and smoothing surfaces. Set up and clean up work areas daily; maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Prepare, tape, and finish drywall — including patching, sanding, mudding, and smoothing surfaces.</li><li>Perform interior and exterior painting — priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying.</li><li>Repair or replace damaged drywall sections; perform surface touch-ups.</li><li>Match colors and textures; ensure smooth, even finishes throughout.</li><li>Set up and clean up work areas daily; maintain a clean, organized jobsite.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; complete tasks on schedule.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, including use of ladders, lifts, and PPE.</li></ul><hr/><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required<ul><li>5-10+ years of experience in painting and/or drywall finishing (commercial or residential).</li><li>Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, priming, and painting techniques.</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights when needed.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with airless sprayers, texturing equipment, or multi-finish drywall systems.</li><li>Familiarity with both interior and exterior surface prep and coatings.</li><li>OSHA 10 certification or similar safety training (nice to have).</li></ul><hr/><h2>Schedule & Pay</h2><ul><li>Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts (occasional weekends as needed).</li><li>Suggested pay: $22–$30</li><li>Overtime opportunities available.</li></ul><hr/><h2>Perks & What We Offer</h2><ul><li>Steady, year-round work with consistent hours.</li><li>Supportive team environment where quality is valued over rushing jobs.</li><li>Opportunities to advance into crew lead or site supervisor roles.</li><li>Note: We do not currently offer health insurance or 401(k).*</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
