Job Title:         Trainer     Reports to:       Club Manager Status:               Full Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt 
Job Summary Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  <ul><li>Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.</li><li>Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.</li><li>Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.</li><li>Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.</li><li>Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.</li><li>Assist in front desk related activities including:<ul><li>Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.</li><li>Check members into the system.</li><li>New member sign-up.</li><li>Take potential members on tours.</li><li>Changing/updating member account information</li></ul></li><li>Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.</li><li>Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.</li><li>Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.</li></ul>  
Minimum Qualifications ·       Honesty and good work ethic ·       Strong communication and organizational skills ·       A passion for fitness and health ·       Punctuality and reliability are a must. ·       Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations. ·       Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve. ·       Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. ·       Completed fitness trainer certification. 
Physical Demands ·       Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift ·       Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift ·       Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.

 How you make a difference:
The Account Support Specialist role involves providing essential support to the company's Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) services by managing and maintaining client accounts, including scheduling, reporting, record-keeping, and claims/invoice review. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the FBOP client base.  

 Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule patient medical referrals to appropriate providers and ensure timely communication of appointment confirmations to site staff. </li><li>Manage Electronic Record Management Application scheduling functions for FBOP business, including initial referral entry, appointment scheduling, patient information history, and completion status. </li><li>Maintain positive relations with partner hospitals and specialty physician providers, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and communicate provider needs to the Network Development department. </li><li>Manage patient appointment book for on-site clinics and emergency off-site occurrences and obtain proper documentation from clients on a monthly basis. </li><li>Communicate emergent issues, invoicing concerns, process improvement, and client reporting to FBOP leadership and the client. Obtain and manage medical records from outside providers and provide timely information to the client. </li></ul>

 Qualifications & Requirements:
Education<ul><li>College degree or related experience.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2 to 5 years of professional experience preferably in a medical or healthcare environment. </li><li>Must have outstanding Interpersonal communication (verbal & written) and telecommunication skills. </li><li>Responsible for multiple daily communications with Clinical Director, HSA, Health Records Assistant, hospitals and specialty physician providers. </li><li>Superior organizational skills required and must be able to aggressively utilize strong multi-tasking abilities to coordinate scheduling patient appointments and managing daily appointment calendar. </li><li>Computer proficiency with specific skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. </li><li>Should have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working under tight timelines.</li></ul>
