#LI-RT1 This role is based in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care setting.  Summary:  The Therapy Program Manager (TPM) - SL is responsible for managing and supervising the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs, the company’s fiscal requirements, and federal and state regulations. The TPM will achieve specific Resident care, Team Member relations, customer service, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective non-clinical management of staff, customers, and referral sources. Maintains professional conduct, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with communities and clients. Represents Reliant Rehabilitation commitment to quality and services in all interactions with communities and clients, as well as adheres to Reliant Rehabilitation’s Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Responsible for the administrative and operation oversight of therapy, wellness, and fitness services within the community, in collaboration with the supervising Physical Therapist and Regional Director of Operations (RDO)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Advocate passionately through these services thus driving meaningful and measurable outcomes for the community.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Assign resident scheduling and other responsibilities to staff as needed.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Assist with scheduling and other responsibilities to staff as needed</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Manage, orient, train and counsel department team members from an administrative and performance standpoint.
