RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly supervise and evaluate assigned Lieutenants and Sergeants; assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the Program Manager; design and implement career development and performance plansOversee daily transportation and stationary/remote guarding operations within the assigned Sector, including staffing, scheduling, dispatch, and service deliveryServe as the primary local liaison with client supervisors and management regarding operational, personnel, and service mattersCommunicate and enforce contract requirements, post orders, client directives, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local regulationsEnsure required employee training, licenses, certifications, and qualifications are completed, documented, and maintainedOversee QASP activities, operational inspections, and compliance reviews; identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completedMaintain local accountability and operational readiness for assigned vehicles, including inspections, cleanliness, maintenance needs, damage, and downtimeCoordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, records, vendor services, and replacement needs with the Fleet Coordinator based in TucsonEnsure required operational, staffing, training, vehicle, incident, and performance reports are accurate and submitted on timePromote safe work practices and ensure operational incidents, employee injuries, vehicle accidents, and client concerns are promptly addressed, documented, and reported to the Program ManagerIdentify operational risks and recommend improvements to staffing, transportation, dispatch, supervision, and service-delivery proceduresSupport Sector mobilization and startup activities, including staffing, onboarding, training, facility readiness, vehicle placement, and post implementationRemain available for urgent operational requirements during nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform transportation or guard duties when necessary and properly qualifiedQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)Must be United States citizen or legal permanent residentMust be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensingValid driver's license if driving a company or customer owned vehicleMinimum of ten (10) years of successful employment history demonstrating strong management and leadership skillsProven record of successfully managing staff, scheduling operations, and maintaining positive customer relationshipsSupervisory or management experience in a security, transportation, law-enforcement, military, or comparable protective service operational environmentKnowledge of operational transportation contract management equal to or greater in scope than the assigned SectorAble to read, understand, and comprehend legal regulatory rulings and guidanceEffective oral and written communication skills; able to write informatively, clearly, and accuratelyPlanning and organizing skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsProblem solving and active listening skillsAssess and evaluate situations effectively; able to synthesize facts, concepts, and principlesAble to mediate conflict with tact, diplomacyTeam leadership skills; coaching, mentoring, motivating othersSetting and achieving goalsAttention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Possession of a current and valid Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger endorsementFluency in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking)Possession of an active federal clearanceBENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
