Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Tool Control & Calibration: Ensure shop tools are secured, tracked, calibrated, and sent out for service before expiration to keep avionics work moving safely and efficiently Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain, stock, and reorder shop hardware, consumables, and supplies to support uninterrupted production and installation work Purchasing & Vendor Coordination: Manage non‑inventory purchase orders and route tools or equipment to approved vendors for external services as needed Compliance & Safety Documentation: Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets and monitor chemicals, solvents, and adhesives to ensure shelf‑life and regulatory compliance Billing & Cost Tracking: Process billing for salable supplies while supporting accurate cost control across maintenance and parts functions Facility & Team Support: Assist with building and operational support tasks as directed to help maintain a productive avionics shop environment Qualifications What you need to be successful: Required Education/Experience A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English is required A valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain an airport badge is needed. Other helpful qualifications: Knowledge of aircraft maintenance tools, parts identification (including AN/MS hardware), and supplier systems Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify basic calibration accuracy and manage material shelf‑life Understanding of inventory control, shipping methods, and related procedures Proficient computer skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision Safety‑ and quality‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach Experience with SAP and/or Lawson Why join us?
