Perform general construction tasks such as: remove/install floor and wall tile, repair grout; remove, replace, and/or repair doors and hardware; remove, replace, and/or repair cabinetry; remove, replace, and/or repair windows, window screens, glass, and window blinds; remove, replace, and/or repair gypsum based wall board and finishes; remove, replace, and/or repair ceiling tile and grid; removal and installation of floor covering and finishes: stretch in carpet, glue down carpet, LVT (luxury vinyl tile), VCT (vinyl composite tile, and hard tile (ceramic and porcelain); Demolition of walls, ceilings, gypsum materials, floor finishes, etc. Experience with flooring installation of; glue down carpet, stretch in carpet, LVT (luxury vinyl tile), VCT (vinyl composite tile), as well as ceramic and porcelain tile.
