Growth opportunities.Overview & Qualifications:Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team.<ul><li>No experience necessary, PAID on the job training provided.</li><li>Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li><li>Overtime eligible position.</li><li>Year round work available.</li></ul>Job Tasks:Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.Apply concrete coatings.Communicate with customers & other personnel.Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.Requirements:<ul><li>Be 18 years or older.</li><li>Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.</li><li>Some alternate shifts may be required.
