The crew must move fast and hit production targets. You are responsible for making that happen. You do not have to be the fastest framer on site, but you must know how to get the most out of your crew every day.This position is for someone seasoned. The Pipe Foreman will assist in the supervision of craft activities to assure optimum productivity and construction compliance. The Pipe Foreman will supervise the lay out, assembly and installation of various sizes and types of drainpipes. The Pipe Foreman will study project specifications. The superintendent will plan sequencing and schedule for pipe installation.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates and supervises daily activities of a 2-7-person crew.Utilizes heavy equipment to excavate, install and backfill drainage pipe.Sequence pipe installation to reduce interference with other project activities and the public.Continually inspects work site, surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.Responsible for crew safety. Establishes safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program.Observes assigned equipment to detect machinery malfunctions. Assures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.Reviews and approves employee time reporting.The Pipe Foreman must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely.Skills:Capable of running a crew and able to maintain good work ethics and communications. Weatherization ForemanGENERAL SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises the Weatherization Crew and oversees the completion of Weatherization jobs. Assist with meeting the objectives of Community Action Partnership.SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The job responsibilities listed do not include all the specific tasks which the employee may be
